 Tango′s Free Run Specialty Chicken Tango′s carries only free run specialty chicken which is raised locally in the Fraser valley of BC and is delivered fresh to our store several times a week. The chickens are raised on an all vegetarian diet containing no animal by products or growth hormones. With a slight yellow colour you not only see the difference, but most importantly, you will surely taste it. Our chicken has an all natural farm fresh flavour and is sure to remain moist and tender. Tango′s Gourmet Beef At Tango′s we select our beef only from the highest grades of meat and age it for a minimum of 28 days. All of our beef is cut fresh in store daily by a trained meat cutter to our well trimmed specifications. We carry both Alberta AA and AAA grades of beef as well as Free Range Natural beef. Our counter is complete with a wide selection of premium steaks, oven roasts, pot roasts, stewing meat and lean or extra lean ground beef. Whatever your choice, Tangos guarantees our beef to be tender, succulent and full of mouth watering flavor. Tango′s Free Range Lamb Tango′s carries a variety of fresh free range spring lamb imported mainly from the Opal Valley in Australia. With a few favorites being the Garlic & Rosemary Butterflied Lamb Leg, Frenched Rack of Lamb and Peppered Lamb Patties. With many other choices to choose from, there will surely be something to satisfy the lamb lover′s appetite. Tango′s Pork Tango′s pork is raised locally in the Fraser valley of BC and is supplied fresh to our store several times a week. All the pork is cut in store by our trained meat cutter and is noticeably lean yet still remains tender and moist after cooking. Available in a variety of fresh cuts like center cut chops, boneless loin roasts, tenderloin and ground pork. Two favorites are the Sundried Tomato & Basil chops and the Apple & Almond stuffed chops. |
